- 于守泉，中國科學院贛江創新研究院碩士生導師，副研究員。本科碩士畢業于中國石油大學，2010年博士畢業于中國科學院過程工程研究所，主要從事超高溫熱結構材料的制備與服役性能表征方面的科研工作，致力于纖維增強陶瓷基復合材料的制備、服役性能表征、超高溫陶瓷前驅體合成等方面的基礎科研及工程技術應用。先后承擔國家自然科學基金多項科研項目，發表論文十余篇，發明專利3項。
