    •        1988年、1991年于南京大學獲學士和碩士學位,1994年于中國科學院物理研究所獲博士學位。先后在美國霍普金斯大學和日本東北大學工作四年多。2001年至今中國科學院物理研究所研究員。國家自然科學基金創新研究群體、國際創新研究團隊骨干。

      研究方向:

    • 1)磁性異質結構薄膜的設計生長、磁各向異性的微結構調控、磁交換與耦合作用;巨磁電阻效應與隧穿磁電阻效應;純自旋流的產生、檢測和多場調控。

      2)稀有金屬磁性氧化物單晶納米薄膜的外延生長與磁性能的應力控制;磁電子功能薄膜與相關傳感器的設計和制備。
